UAE Reports 1,283 New COVID-19 Cases

UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, reported 1,283 new coronavirus cases after it conducted 145,103 additional virus tests over the past 24 hours.

he new infections raised the total number of recorded cases in the UAE to 165,250.

According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and are receiving the necessary care.

MoHAP also announced three deaths due to COVID-19 complications, raising death toll to 567.

The Minister also said that up to 838 individuals had fully recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 152,708 in the UAE.

The Muslim World League (MWL) has extended its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to the Republic of Indonesia, as well as to the families of the victims, the injured, and the missing, following the tragic sinking of a ferry near the island of Bali.

In an official statement, the MWL expressed its solidarity with the Indonesian people, offering particular support and compassion to the families affected by this devastating incident.

On Thursday, a ferry carrying 65 people sank near Indonesia’s resort island of Bali, resulting in multiple fatalities and leaving several others missing.
