A security guard was killed in the early hours of Monday inside the Qatar Embassy in Paris, a source close to the investigation said.

The incident took place at around 0630 (0430 GMT), the source said, adding that the suspect had entered the embassy and had a row with the security guard, who died after being punched.

The Paris prosecutor's office confirmed the death and said one person had been arrested on the spot.

"I can confirm that an investigation was opened today on the count of murder," the prosecutor's office said.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed shopping vouchers on Thursday, enabling beneficiaries to purchase winter clothing of their choice from authorized stores in the Amman and Madaba governorates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
A total of 1,055 individuals, representing 191 Palestinian refugee families, benefited from this distribution as part of the third phase of the Winter Clothing Distribution Project (Kanaf) for the year 2025, the Saudi Press Agency said on Saturday.
In Lebanon, KSrelief has continued the fourth phase of the Al-Amal Charity Bakery project in Akkar Governorate and Miniyeh District.
Last week, the initiative distributed 175,000 bags of bread to Syrian, Palestinian, and host community families across northern Lebanon, benefiting 12,500 households, which represent 62,500 individuals.
These efforts are part of the Kingdom’s ongoing relief and humanitarian initiatives, delivered through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to assist those in need and affected populations, especially during the harsh winter cold wave.
