The Chief of the Royal Saudi Staff, Lieutenant-General Fayyad al-Ruwaili, discussed with Türkiye's Deputy Minister of National Defense Mohsen Dara bilateral cooperation in defense and military fields.
They showcased during their meeting in Riyadh the strategic ties between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye, specifically military and defense cooperation, in addition to ways to reinforce them.
They further discussed a number of topics of mutual interest.
The Chief of the Royal Saudi Staff had met with the Deputy Minister of National Defense of Türkiye along with his accompanying delegation.
The talks were attended by the Director of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Pilot Hamid Al-Omari, and high-ranking officers from the Saudi armed forces.
From the Turkish side, Türkiye’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Fatih Ulusoy also attended the meeting.
