Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah has discussed the ongoing military escalation in and around Gaza in a telephone call with his French counterpart, Catherine Colonna.
The two ministers discussed on Thursday the plight of unarmed civilians and the importance of the international community taking action to halt military operations and protect civilians.
Prince Faisal underscored the necessity of adherence to international humanitarian law by allowing access to food and relief supplies to Gaza and ending the siege.
He also stressed that a just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause is the only way to ensure security and stability.
