South Korea’s President Yoon Suk Yeol received in Riyadh on Monday Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz and Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.

The officials discussed joint coordination efforts and ways to boost military and defense cooperation.

They also discussed expanding partnership in military industries, and other issues of common interest

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf and several other officials from both sides.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to Joseph Aoun on his election as Lebanon's President and on taking the constitutional oath.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his wishes for  Aoun's success and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Lebanon.

For his part, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is also the Saudi Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Aoun, extending his wishes for his success and for the continued progress and prosperity of the Lebanese people.
