The Saudi leadership offered on Saturday its condolences to the Al Sabah family, people of Kuwait and Arab and Islamic nations over the death of Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad Al Sabah.
A statement by the Saudi Royal Court said Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received the news of Sheikh Nawaf’s death with deep sorrow.
King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed stressed that Saudi Arabia and its people mourn his passing with the people of Kuwait.
They wished Kuwait and its people security, stability and prosperity, added the statement.
