Saudi Crown Prince Hails Efforts that Ensure Smooth Hajj Process

Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, received on Sunday on behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz prince, the Kingdom’s Grand Mufti, clerics, ministers, invitees from Gulf countries and leaders of military sectors on the occasion of Eid al-Adha and the Hajj pilgrimage.

He congratulated the gatherers on the occasion of Eid, and praised the leaders of security and military sectors involved in the Hajj for their great efforts in service of the pilgrims that have ensured that they have a smooth spiritual journey.

The state and its concerned sectors will continue to provide all services that will help in serving the visitors of the two holy mosques, he added before the gatherers at Mina palace.

Director of Public Security and head of the Hajj Security Committee Mohammad Al-Bassami highlighted the resources that the state had made available at the disposal of the military sectors.

He also hailed the advanced technology, including artificial intelligence, that has helped facilitate the Hajj and provide the best services to the pilgrims, he added.

MWL Welcomes Saudi Announcement of Int’l Alliance to Implement Two-State Solution

The Muslim World League (MWL) has welcomed Saudi Arabia's launching of the "International Alliance to Implement the Two-State Solution" on the sidelines of the 79th Session of the United Nations General Assembly high-level week in New York.

In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, MWL Secretary General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa praised the historic initiative, announced by Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah on behalf of the Arab and Islamic countries, and European partners.

He urged all countries to join the initiative, which will contribute to reaching a just and comprehensive peace in the region, with a positive impact on the world.

Al-Issa expressed great appreciation for the great efforts exerted by the Kingdom, and for the historic progress achieved by its continuous, active drive, around the world, to mobilize international partners to support the Palestinian cause.
