The Saudi Ministry of Interior emphasized on Monday that Hajj and Umrah service companies and establishments must strictly abide by all related regulations and instructions in the Kingdom.

It announced that fines will be imposed on any company or establishment serving pilgrims and Umrah performers that delays reporting individuals who remain in the Kingdom beyond their authorized stay to the relevant authorities.

Fines can reach SAR100,000 (USD26,000) and will be multiplied based on the number of individuals who violate their departure deadlines.

Prime Minister of Afghanistan Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund received on Tuesday Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa at the Gul Khana Palace at the presidential compound in Kabul.

They discussed several issues of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of the role of Muslim scholars in addressing major and critical matters through effective dialogue to achieve tangible, positive outcomes.

Al-Issa arrived in Kabul on Monday on an official visit during which he will meet with senior government leaders and religious scholars.
