Saudi Arabia strongly condemned on Tuesday Israel’s ongoing violations against Syria as “flagrant meddling” in its internal affairs and a violation of its sovereignty and international law.
The Foreign Ministry made the statement following the latest developments in Syria’s Sweida province and Israeli escalation inside Syria.
Saudi Arabia underlined its full support to the measures taken by the Syrian government to achieve security and stability, preserve civil peace and bolster state sovereignty throughout its territories.
It also vehemently rejected any calls for or attempt to divide Syria, calling on the people to prioritize dialogue and to unite to build a secure Syria together.
The Kingdom called on the international community to take a serious and firm stand against the repeated Israeli violations and to stand by Syria in its efforts to establish security throughout the country.
