Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks on Tuesday with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas.
Meeting on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, they discussed cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the EU.
They also reviewed recent regional and international developments, with focus on the situation in Gaza Strip.
Prince Faisal also met with his Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi for talks on strengthening the fraternal relations between their countries.
The ministers discussed ways to boost cooperation across various fields and exchanged views on recent regional and international developments.
The Saudi FM also met with members of the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Senators Peter Welch and Chris Coons.
They reviewed the friendly relations between the Kingdom and the US and discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz.
