The “Walk 30” track in the Live Well Zone in Riyadh drew heavy interest at the eighth annual Global Health Exhibition aimed to encourage everyone to establish a daily walking routine, promoting overall health and wellness.
It became one of the most popular activities by offering a simple challenge with an instant reward: walk for 30 minutes — about 2,500 steps — and receive a cash prize from partner urpay after completing the challenge, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Friday.
The Walk 30 track runs through the largest space of its kind, covering 3,000 square meters. The experience promotes walking as an easy way to prevent disease, improve fitness, and support heart health.
The zone includes six areas: fitness, prevention, mental health and sleep, nutrition and challenges, plus the Walk 30 track. It gives visitors a hands-on health experience and supports the Ministry of Health’s Vision 2030 goal of building a Vibrant Society and improving quality of life.
