Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met on Saturday with US Senior Advisor for Arab and African Affairs Massad Boulos on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2026.
During the meeting, the two officials discussed ongoing joint efforts to advance security and stability at both the regional and international levels, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Earlier, the Saudi minister held a meeting with his Syrian counterpart Asaad Al-Shaibani, and the accompanying Syrian delegation on the sidelines of the Conference.

The two sides reviewed the longstanding fraternal ties between their countries, reaffirming the strength of their bilateral relationship. They also welcomed the comprehensive agreement in Syria aimed at integrating the institutions of the Autonomous Administration into those of the Syrian state.

Both parties expressed support for the Syrian government’s efforts to safeguard the country’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
They also discussed the latest regional developments and efforts to achieve security, stability, and development.
The meeting was attended by Prince Dr. Abdullah bin Khaled bin Saud Al-Kabeer, Director-General of the General Administration for Policy Planning.

Saudi Arabia’s Supreme Court urged Muslims across the Kingdom to sight the crescent moon that signals the advent of the holy fasting month of Ramadan on Tuesday evening.

The Supreme Court requested that anyone who sights the crescent, whether with the naked eye or binoculars, report to the nearest court to register their testimony or contact a local center for assistance in reaching the court.

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud approved the launch of the sixth edition of the National Campaign for Charitable Work. Organized through the National Platform for Charitable Work (Ehsan), reported the Saudi Press Agency on Sunday.

The campaign will kick off on Friday, the third day of the holy fasting month of Ramadan. The initiative underscores King Salman’s ongoing support for charitable efforts, aimed at maximizing their impact during Ramadan.

The Ehsan campaign underscores the commitment of King Salman and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to philanthropy and encourages societal contributions during Ramadan.

Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Ehsan Dr. Majid Al-Kassabi expressed his gratitude to the Saudi leadership for its support, stressing the platform's role in boosting charitable work across the Kingdom that is driven by religious values and Arab traditions.

The campaign builds on past successes, supported by community spirit and confidence in Ehsan’s governance. The platform has processed over 330 million donation transactions since its inception.

Ehsan welcomes contributions in various charitable fields, including the Ehsan endowment fund. Donors can contribute through trusted digital channels, including the official website (ehsan.sa), the mobile application, or by calling the dedicated phone number.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held on Saturday several meetings on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.

He met with High Representative of the Board of Peace for Gaza Nickolay Mladenov to discuss with him the latest developments in the Palestinian enclave.

Prince Faisal also held talks with US Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism Yehuda Kaploun.

During the meeting, they reviewed efforts to promote dialogue and tolerance, combat extremism, and underscore the importance of fostering understanding and peaceful coexistence.

Also Saturday, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs received a phone call from Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar.

During the call, the two sides discussed bilateral relations, current developments, and issues of mutual interest.

Prince Faisal also received a phone call from his Indonesian counterpart, Sugiono. They reviewed bilateral ties and exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
