The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s deepest condolences to the government and people of Kuwait following the martyrdom of two Kuwaiti soldiers while performing their national duties, the Saudi Press Agency said on Tuesday.
The ministry "affirmed the Kingdom’s full solidarity with Kuwait in this tragedy."
The Kuwaiti army announced that two navy personnel were killed on Monday during an operation conducted by the Gulf nation’s armed forces. The military did not disclose further details regarding the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
