Saudi Arabia’s Muhammad bin Ali Al-Asiri has won the gold medal in the 2024 Sharjah International Paragliding Championship, which concluded on Monday.
The championship was organized by the Emirates Aerosports Federation (EAF) in collaboration with the Sharjah Sports Council in the UAE.
Al-Asiri managed to accumulate a total of 28 points, surpassing all participants by a significant margin, further solidifying his championship record.
He had secured silver and bronze medals in the World Cup Championship in Kazakhstan, in addition to a bronze medal in the European Cup Championship in Slovenia.
