King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) initiated the Noor Saudi Volunteer Program to Combat Blindness and its related diseases in Djibouti from December 8 to 14, 2023.
This was launched in collaboration with Al-Basar International Foundation, according to SPA.
Throughout the campaign, KSrelief's volunteer medical team attended to 675 cases, performed 127 surgeries, and distributed 175 pairs of eyeglasses.
The program stands as a significant component of KSrelief's volunteer medical initiatives, part of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian support to bolster the medical sector and aid individuals affected by eye diseases globally.
