Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place near Moscow on Friday.
He described the attack as an act that cannot be justified under any pretext.
In a statement, Aboul Gheit expressed his deepest condolences to the Russian government and the families of the victims of the attack and also wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
