The Saudi Ministry of Culture will hold Thursday a ceremony honoring graduates of the Cultural Scholarship Program, which provides high-quality educational opportunities for students to pursue cultural and arts disciplines at prestigious international universities.
The ceremony, to be held under the patronage of Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, will highlight the graduates' achievements and their contributions in their respective fields of study, according to SPA.
It will also present the program's outcomes and profound impact on nurturing cultural talents and cultivating competencies that are instrumental in propelling the cultural movement forward.
Launched in 2019 as one of the ministry's initiatives, the Cultural Scholarship Program is the first such program in the Kingdom's history. It offers students a comprehensive support package that covers study costs, living expenses, health insurance and travel tickets.

Saudi Arabia’s Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission hosted a workshop delving into the intricacies of visual content production, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Tuesday.

The workshop focused on understanding audience preferences and delivering content that resonates.

Participants explored strategies for identifying target audiences, analyzing their needs, and crafting engaging visual experiences.

The workshop also provided a platform for industry professionals to exchange insights and address key challenges.

This marks the 12th workshop the Commission has organized, with 746 individuals benefiting from these knowledge-sharing sessions. The initiative aims to empower individuals across the literature, publishing, and translation sectors.

The commission is committed to fostering a thriving literary and cultural landscape by investing in workshops and mentorship. The production of high-quality visual, audio, and written content is a cornerstone of this strategy, aimed at enriching people’s lives and promoting culture as an integral part of daily life.
