Under the patronage of Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Ministry of Foreign Affairs celebrated the Kingdom’s 93rd National Day in New York City, on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

The minister welcomed the guests, recalling the history of the Kingdom and its establishment by the founder King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, and all of the following kings. They inherited a glory that tells the story of this country and the achievements it has made today in terms of development, prosperity, unprecedented renaissance, and economic power led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

The event was attended by a group of foreign ministers of brotherly and friendly countries, several secretaries of international organizations, and members of the diplomatic corps.

Saudi Arabia Provides $4Mln to UNICEF for Gaza Aid through KSrelief

Saudi Arabia's King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has signed an agreement to provide $4 million in aid for the provision of a water, sanitation, and hygiene project, as well as an essential healthcare project for children and families in the Gaza Strip.
The agreement was signed by Assistant Supervisor General of Operations and Programs Eng. Ahmed Al Baiz from KSrelief and UNICEF Representative to the Gulf Area Eltayeb Adam on the sidelines of the International Conference on Conjoined Twins held in Riyadh.
The funds will be used to provide essential medical equipment and devices for sick children in Gaza, benefiting 73,000 children, SPA reported.

Additionally, the aid will support water, sanitation, and hygiene initiatives, benefiting 106,590 individuals.
This initiative aligns with the Kingdom's ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
