The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 911 food baskets in the Atbara locality, River Nile State, Sudan, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Tuesday.

The aid will benefit 5,466 people as part of the project to support food security in Sudan.

The support is part of the relief and humanitarian projects initiated by Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief.

The aid is aimed at assisting people in need and those affected by crises across the globe.

Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks on Wednesday with his Spanish counterpart Jose Manuel Albares Bueno on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) annual meeting 2025 in Davos.

The ministers reviewed relations between their two nations and explored ways to boost them across various fields. They also discussed developments on regional and international fronts.

The meeting was attended by several officials.

Prince Faisal also held similar separate talks with French FM Jean-Noël Barrot and Portuguese FM Paulo Rangel.
