Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks in Jeddah on Tuesday with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
They discussed means to bolster bilateral relations and cooperation between their countries in various fields.
They also tackled the developments in Gaza and its surroundings and efforts exerted towards them.
The FMs met on the sidelines of the extraordinary session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) focusing on the Israeli assault against the Palestinian people.
Prince Faisal also met his Algerian counterpart Ahmed Attaf and his counterpart from Bangladesh Mohammed Hasan Mahmud.
