King Salman wished Aliyev continued good health and happiness, and the government and people of Azerbaijan steady progress and prosperity.
Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent Aliyev a similar cable on the occasion.
