Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received on Tuesday a telephone call from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, with whom he reviewed relations between the two countries and ways to further enhance them in various fields.

The two sides also discussed several regional and international issues, their repercussions, and the efforts made to address them to achieve security and stability.

Saudi Arabia Welcomes US-Brokered Rwanda-Congo Peace Agreement

Saudi Arabia welcomed on Saturday the signing of the peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which was facilitated by the United States.

The Kingdom hoped the agreement will fulfill the aspirations of the two peoples for development and prosperity and that it will benefit regional and international security and peace, said the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry appreciated the diplomatic efforts and constructive role played by the United States and Qatar in this regard.
