Saudi Leadership Congratulates King of Eswatini on Independence Day

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to King Mswati III of the Kingdom of Eswatini on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.

He wished the King good health and happiness and the people of Eswatini steady progress and prosperity.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent King Mswati a similar cable on the occasion.

Saudi Arabia, Ukraine Laud their Strong Economic Ties

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed efforts to achieve "sustainable fair, and comprehensive" peace in Ukraine, according to a joint statement published on Tuesday by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Crown Prince Mohammed and Zelenskyy commended the strong economic ties between the two countries and welcomed the upcoming reestablishment of the Saudi-Ukrainian Joint Business Council in 2025, it said.

According to the statement, they said in their meeting that they will boost investment relations between the two countries in sectors including energy, food industries and infrastructure.

"The two sides said they are looking forward to exploring joint cooperation opportunities in the areas of oil, gas, their derivatives, and petrochemicals," the statement added.
