The Royal Saudi Air Force is participating in the Missile Air War Center combined air exercise, currently underway at Al-Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.
Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz bid farewell to the participating Air Force group upon its departure from King Abdulaziz Air Base in the Eastern Sector.
He inspected the preparations of the air forces participating in the exercise, which aims to strengthen international relations with allies from brotherly and friendly countries, exchange military expertise in the field of planning and implementation in a simulated war environment, and assess the capabilities of the participating countries and their progress in utilizing modern weapons, SPA reported.
Commander of the participating Air Force group, Lieutenant Colonel Pilot Abdulkarim bin Ali Al-Zahrani, affirmed that the Air Force will participate in the Missile Air War Center exercise with six F-15 CD aircraft. The objectives of the participation include enhancing operational readiness, gaining experience for air, technical, and support crews, developing expertise in leading air campaigns and missions with participating forces, refining tactics and procedures for air combat methods, and learning about the various air combat doctrines of the participating forces

Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan Hold Third Round of Political Consultations

The ministries of foreign affairs of Saudi Arabia and Tajikistan held the third round of political consultations at the Saudi ministry headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday.

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji and Tajik Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Farrukh Sharifzoda headed their respective sides during the meeting.

Discussions focused on boosting bilateral relations between the two countries across various sectors, as well as intensifying bilateral and multilateral coordination on issues of mutual interest.

The consultation round was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Tajikistan Waleed Abdulrahman Alreshaidan, Tajik Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Akram Karimi, and Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Department of Asian Countries Director Nasser Al-Ghanoum.
