In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the monarch expressed best wishes to the Chinese president.
In his cable, the king hoped the Chinese president would enjoy continuous health and happiness.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, also congratulated Xi in a separate cable.
