A team from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) team visited the Japanese Red Cross Society to discuss the latest developments related to the devasting floods that had hit the country, reported the Saudi Press Agency on Saturday.
The team visited affected areas and assessed their needs.
The Saudi team was briefed on the damage caused by the floods by a number of local officials.
KSRelief’s initiative is in implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to boost distinct relationship between the Saudi Arabia and Japan.
