Saudi Arabian airlines (SAUDIA) launched on Thursday a new Asian passenger route to two Indonesian cities: Surabaya in the south and Medan in the north of the country, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia Osama bin Mohammed Al-Shuabi and senior officials held an event to receive the flight in Surabaya.
According to official sources, SAUDIA will operate four flights weekly between Jeddah and Surabaya and two flights weekly between Jeddah and Medan.
