Saudi King Salman Issues Royal Orders

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, issued on Thursday a royal order relieving Mohammed Abu Saq of his post as Minister of State and Cabinet Member for Shura Council Affairs, and appointed him as Advisor at the Royal Court at the rank of Minister.

The King issued another royal order appointing Dr. Issam bin Saeed as Minister of State and Cabinet Member for Shura Council Affairs, while continuing to carry out his current duties.

Ahmed Qattan was appointed Advisor at the Royal Court at the rank of Minister, Dr. Saleh Al-Qahtani as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Clinics at the rank of Minister, and Dr. Muneer Al-Desouki as President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology at the rank of Minister.

King Salman also appointed Abdullah Al-Owais as Vice President of State Security at the rank of Minister, Eng. Ammar Naqadi as Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning at the excellent rank, and Suleiman Al-Obaid as Assistant Minister of Economy and Planning at the excellent rank.

The seventh Saudi airlift relief plane, operated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), arrived on Tuesday at Damascus International Airport in Syria, carrying food, shelter, and medical supplies.

This assistance is an extension of Saudi Arabia's continuous humanitarian and relief efforts through the Kingdom’s humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to support those in need worldwide during times of crisis.
