Drone attacks on two Saudi Aramco facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais on Saturday caused fires that the company's security team brought under control, Saudi Arabia's Interior Ministry said.
The fires began after the sites were "targeted by drones," the Ministry said in a statement carried by the state-run Saudi Press Agency.
"The two fires have been controlled,” it stated.
The statement added that an investigation had been launched.
Saudi state TV later reported that the Kingdom's "oil exports are ongoing.”
