The Saudi Expo Real Estate Development and Ownership (SEREDO 2025) will kick off Tuesday at Jeddah Superdome under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of several government entities, real estate developers, financing agencies, experts, and specialists in real estate and investment.
This year’s edition aims to enhance the knowledge of professionals in the real estate sector through specialized workshops and seminars addressing the latest practices in real estate development and digital transformation. It also seeks to activate local and international partnerships and present innovative solutions that support sustainability, improve efficiency, and contribute to the sector’s development.
The exhibition will feature a program of discussion sessions and workshops, including sessions on energy management in the residential sector, establishing real estate accounts and content creation, foreign investment in real estate, and the role of tourism in promoting investment projects, SPA reported.
The event will also see broad participation from major real estate development companies, banks, and mortgage finance firms, which will showcase their latest residential projects and financing solutions. This initiative is intended to support home-ownership programs, increase real estate supply, and enhance qualitative investments in the local market.
SEREDO 2025 constitutes an integrated platform that brings together investors, developers, and financiers under one roof, providing an environment for exchanging expertise and highlighting promising opportunities, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to develop the housing and real estate sector as a driver of economic growth.
