Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz received on Monday a letter from President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
The message was delivered to the King during his meeting with Azerbaijan's Minster of Energy Parviz Shahbazov at the al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Engineer Khaled al-Falih, Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Obaid Madani, Assistant Special Secretary to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Tamim al-Salem and Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom Rasim Rzayev.
King Salman also made a telephone call to the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev as they discussed bilateral relations, means to promote them and enhance cooperation in all fields.
