The WRC Rally Saudi Arabia 2025 kicked off in Jeddah, attended by Minister of Sport and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, with the competition running until November 29, marking the first time the Kingdom has hosted a round of the prestigious global championship.
The rally began in the morning in Dhahban with the preparatory stage, a crucial 4.56-kilometer session dedicated to testing and fine-tuning the cars before the competition, SPA reported.
The first day's competition continued with the adrenaline-pumping Jameel Motorsport SSS, held amidst a large crowd and extensive media coverage, featuring exceptional performances from the participating drivers.
The rally continues Thursday with a series of special stages. The Kingdom's successful hosting of the WRC finale is a testament to the consecutive achievements it has made in organizing major global sporting events in recent years, reinforcing its international standing in line with national visions.
